The boots and I went with beloved and offspring for a picnic at lunchtime...
The transport waited patiently...
I have a particular love of gateways... I dont know why, I just always have. Gateways are beginnings, the start of journeys unknown...
I stood in one spot and kept turning around to take these images...
We are blessed with a pretty Moor next to our place. Woods one side, Moor on the other and we are the jam in the middle...
Pathways leading off in all directions...
Footpaths that would have been valuable routes not so long ago... maybe courting couples walked this one...
And looked through this gateway...
Whoever Min was, she was obviously loved by Runt... who put this here, hidden behind a gate post?
The Blackthorns are bare but pretty all the same...
A mossy green eye, which even though Ive looked at these eyes for more than half of my life, I will always want to look one more time...

An intriguing and beautiful walk through the gateways. Who was Min I wonder? I would love to live with so much open land around me. Thank you for the journey. I can imagine I am there.
