Cosy by the fire.....
The blanket is now 47 squares in size and growing! The picture above was taken this morning (with snowy bright sunshine streaming into the sitting room). I have spent all morning sewing in the ends, grrrrrrr, so the back is now tidy and neat!
Granny squares are driving me slightly potty now so I ordered some wool for a wrap over cardigan last night (chocolate brown with a slight fleck), plus mid brown amd burnt orange for a fair isle pullyover and I have also started a stunning cable yoked jacket, again in dark chocolate but with a contrast home dyed base.... more on this later!

Oh how I hate the sewing in of ends! Looking at your scrumptuous blanket though, it looks like it's worth it. I'm knitting myself a cardigan too at the moment, purple with a fleck and deep pink!x

I am so happy the bath has a heater of sorts. The neighbours must be few and far between, hee!
Hello, I Love your blanket. The colors are quite lovely. I too hate to sew in the ends but do love the look once the blanket is completed. You make such lovely items, I have truly enjoyed your blog. Thanks so much for sharing.
