Ferny fronds emerging... and Planet Prudence.
I went walking on a sunny afternoon mid week to escape from doing my end of year accounts.....
All along the verges of the lane, hidden beneath the hedges were curly, feathery ferns emerging from last winters fallen leaves.
They were so beautiful I had to share them!
