Such a jumble of a week...
Starting with Earth Hour 2010 on Saturday last... I captured the heart of a flame.
My aproned lap took on a rosy glow in the candlelight...
The kitchen was covered in candles...
Horlicks making even looked cosier than usual.
I captured a knowing eye...
and a tiddlywink in a barrell...
I was a greengrocer with a funny accent in Pop to the Shops...
The blanket is all but finished...
The wholemeal cheese and mustard scones from Sunday lunch...
As I said... a jumble of a busy week. I nearly have lots of new things to show you... not quite ready though. Chocolate Sunday is looming and excitement is building here at Fairysteps land. I have plans for completely over the top Easter buns! Chocolate, mini eggs, sprinkly bits and sugar flowers have been added to the larder ready for the big day.
I envisage a Mad Hatter style tea party on Sunday... so in other words, act normally.
Your candlelit evening looks lovely. We should do this more often, I think ;-).

We had a very quiet Earth Hour this year, just the two of us (nice and romantic!), as our munchkins were staying at their 'grandies', but I've decided I want to have 'earth hours' more often, it's lovely to sit as a family in candlelight and just be together. We need to learn to slow down and smell the roses again!
